Cariboo Publishing is expanding our monthly print newsletter, The
Buzz, into Williams Lake and we invite local advertisers to leverage
our success and market their business with us.
The Buzz is a light-hearted, local option for casual readers, offering
easy-to-read trivia and ‘did-you-know’ articles, word games, sudoku,
the occasional groan-inducing dad joke, and timely, seasonal how-to
advice. Our primary goal is to be a useful resource for Cariboo
advertisers, offering repeat exposure to potential customers and a
dependable, trustworthy platform highlighting local business, raising
profiles, and keeping dollars in the community. More information is
provided in the launch letter below, as well as our current rate
sheet.
The Buzz can be viewed online at https://cariboopublishing.ca/ or we
are happy to provide you with digital or print copies if you prefer.
Current 2025 rate sheet
We currently produce 1,200 monthly copies of The Buzz, distributing to
South Cariboo communities from Ashcroft to Lac La Hache, at the beginning of every month. Our largest readership is in 100 Mile House, but you can also find us in Lone Butte and the Interlakes, 70 Mile House, Clinton, and 108 Mile Ranch. We believe Williams Lake is a natural next step. A minimum of 12 local advertisers are needed to start production, with a maximum of 24 spaces available in each issue.
